i dont have a fever
i feel pretty dizzy/nauseous and really really tired.
does anyone know if i have a virus or something? please help.
It could also be the start of an ear infection, as they can cause pain and dizziness. I often get ear infections (middle ear) that cause dizziness with no fever.
Just in case it is a migraine you are getting, my second one was the absolute worst I had and I needed help to go to the toilet (or I would have had to crawl and hope I didn't throw up like I felt like) and help to get off the toilet and then fainted and when I came round I threw up. But after that I felt great!! I headed straight back up the hallway with hubby stumbling along behind carrying on like an old mother hen and when I found out later that I'd fainted, I wasn't so surprised he was panicking about me taking off up the hallway by myself - lol!
So if someone isn't with you, get hold of someone fast and get them to get to you asap, just on the off-chance.
I'm hoping it's an ear infection instead that you have - they go away in time and don't keep happening... all the best.
