im 15 me and this 19 year old want to hook up . But im scared that hes going to end up getting arrested. And he said hes not going to caz none is going to find out. Is this not a good idea..even if we do it with none around can he still get caught?

yikes thats a toughy, but if you dont have a problem with it & especially your FAMILY i say go for it but just becareful, older guys tend to have a different mentality then some one in their early teens

girl, theres other guys out there. older guys (sadly) usually want to take advantage of younger girls. you two are in two whole different worlds and i just think its not right. i mean youre prob a sophomore and hes waht in college?? kindaa weird. just stick with guys taht are up to two years older than you.

There is no way to completely keep someone from catching you. Unless you find a planet with no one around, which is impossible. You could get pregant, get an STD, or someone could just walk in on you. Oh yeah, and are you trying to tell me your not going to tell your friends? Come on, eventually you or he would and they might spill to someone else. Its better to wait. Do you really want to sneak around your entire relationship.

Don't do it. It's very risky. Yer 15, and shouldn't be hooking up with anyone anyway. I mean, it'd be different if you had 'intense' feelings for the guy, but it doesn't seem that way.

By hook-up do you mean have sex? Because if you do then yeah that's illegal and he could get arrested.

You should hook up with someone that is more around your age.That is a big age gap. Your in high school and he is in college. Maybe you can redate him when you both graudate college.Then it might not be as awkward and maybe he will be a changed man.

First it depends on what state your in. Dont have sex with him until your sure older men will tell you what you want to hear. I know from experince I was 16 with a 21 yr. old and he is now the father of my child that he does not take care of. Thats besides the point now you guys can hang out but I would do it in a public place and I would ask your parents nothing can happen to him unless your parents say or you. Well if you end up pregnant and your parents press charges he will be charged with Rape which is usually a 5 years prison term, depending on his background.

I don't think he's too old for you, but you have got to think of the conciquences [thats spelled wrong] of what could happen the next day, not only think about getting "some" but think about would could come out at the end.

I know of a few similar cases. Not only do they get arrested but they have to register for life as a sex offender. It's not worth it. You may find that in some states if you have turned 16 it's ok..

you need to check into the laws of your state-in TN we have the romeo and juliet law and that would be legal because a 4 year difference is ok here-depends on where you are and if your parents are ok with it-but what mama and papa don't know-everyone else needs to not know either-but if he is 19 than you probably shouldn't hook up with him cuz he is probably either a retard who cant get a girl his own age or he is a pervert,or he will have too much experience and want too much-you need to be dating people your own age and just having fun being innocent-theres always time to grow up-when your actually grown up

Yep, it's illegal and he WILL be charged with statuatory rape. Even if you two aren't caught having sex, you're at the risk of pregnancy, STD's, ect.

If you tell someone, he tells someone, someone sees you together, etc... then there is always a chance he could get caught. If he does get caught there is a chance he could be charged and convicted.

Im also fifteen and i have hooked up with guys that are too old but if you dont tell anyone people arent going to spontaneously find out. If you really like the guy then go for it and dont forget TROJAN MAN!

I know everyone is going to say this, BUT!

You are real young, before you make any decision like that, you need to be SURE that it is what you want. [I was 14 my first time, and I gave it 6 months of though, and I was happy and still am happy with my choice]. I'm just saying you have to be certain it's what you want.

My other advice? I know the age of legal consent [meaning the age in which your state considers you old enough to legally give consent to have sex, and where you're parents nor no one else can really press charges against him because you're old enough] in my state is 16. Why don't you check your state's laws on that? I'm sure you can find it on the internet. Just look up your state's constitution, or something to that effect. Or just directly type in something like the different state's ages of legal consent. If you are, or are close to that age, maybe you can wait just a little while?

If there is ANY chance of him going to jail for something, it's best to stay away from him. Don't let yourself go for the low guys. Get someone who is respectful of his own life, so that he'll be more likely to respect you. If he's getting into trouble...more than likely, if not guaranteed, you'll get dragged into it too.

Well, you might be able to get away with that. In most states there is a legal range for underage...hooking up. I know in Pennsylvania it's four years (under the condition that both are over 12) and in New Jersey it's 3. That means he could get away with just a small fine for endangering a minor (Or some other small thing) in PA, but they would put him in prison if you are residents of NJ. Look up what the age is in your state, there's a good chance it's legal.

I read your other post. You need to ask yourself why you are wanting to hook up with all of these guys. Is it because you like sex, or because you want their attention? There are other ways of getting attention in a more positive light. Trust me, these guys are only looking at you in a sexual way, and once their need is fulfilled your out. Plus it will ruin your reputation when you get older. You don't want to tell the guy you finally wanna be with that you've slept with over 10 guys (by the time your that age) because this will be a major turn off for him and it will cause issues in the relationship.

The guy probably won't get caught unless you say something to someone else. But I still wouldn't do it.

First of all, yes it is illegal. If something should happen to you, such as getting pregnant or and STD, then he would be in trouble. I wouldn't suggest hooking up with a 19 year old, chances are he is much more experienced and he could end up pressuring you into something you don't want to do. I'm not going to talk you out of it though, I'm just answering your question, that yes he could end up being caught.
Also, no one is not spelled none, a 15 year old should know that. But I guess since you are a "cheerbabe" and you're 15 wanting to hook up with a 19 year old, you wouldn't know. If I were you I would spend more time in school than in some guys bedroom sucking his dick.
