I'm playing a football match for school on Saturday and i have a sore back and inside leg pain?

How can i cure this?
What can i do about it?
I really want to play as if we win the match we go into the final!
It hurts when i sit down! but at times i cant feel and sometimes it feels like a i have to drag myself!
Help really appreciated, Reply ASAP!

It sounds very like sciatica; if that's the case you will have to get physio or a visit to a chiropractor would be a good idea!
