Is that from where she was killed by Charles Manson? There's probably some notoriety value somewhere, but it sounds gruesome to me. I'm pretty sure ebay quit letting people advertise things from mass murderers, but I'm not sure if that applies here. I can't imagine any good coming from owning this, personally. I'd want to sell it, too.
Ebay will be your best bet to determine the value but you will be hard pressed to prove or verify that the brick originates from that particular house. I hope that helps.
I just checked Findadeath.com (they sell them there), they go at $25 each.
