I am a freelance Flash developer, angled mostly towards the graphical/design end of the spectrum. I specialise in intros, banners, adverts and menu systems.
Most of my work can be end-user configurable I can also do any design, art and music work that is needed. Naturally, these will incur extra cost, due to the extra time involved.
What sets my work apart from the crowd is the style and my love for small files. eg, the 'dpwriter' you see below clips in at around 14k, the dottext examples are <10kb each, and they load almost instantly (and make great distractions/preloaders). The small size makes your pages load faster, and decreases your bandwidth usage, both of which are good things in my book.
Prices will be dependant on the particular job, but look to around 40-50/hour. Longer/huge jobs can be negotiated seperately.
